Shipping

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Shipping prices are calculated automatically based on the weight of items in your cart. Please make sure your email is correct when checking out, as you will receive an email when the label has been created with tracking for you to observe.

Missing or Lost Mail

After handing orders off to the USPS, the Con Rangers are not responsible for missing packages.

If you suspect your package has been lost, please first reach out directly to your local post office, after which you can file a claim and pursue any next steps. The process for filing a USPS Missing Mail claim is straightforward, and only takes a couple of minutes: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

- You'll be asked to complete a Help Request form, and if your package hasn't been found after 7 business days you'll be able to file a Missing Mail Search Request.

- We recommend doing this sooner rather than later, to increase the odds of USPS locating the missing item.

If, after filling out the missing mailing request, your order is still marked as undelivered and/or the post office can't find it, please send us an email at info@conrangers.com and let us know.

We cannot refund missing orders.

Exchanges

We do not accept any exchanges unless items are defective or damaged, or if you've received the wrong item by mistake. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at info@conrangers.com and we'll begin the process.
